The cable network A&E has the largest syndication deal in history to play The Sopranos several nights a week in tastefully edited form.

- Syndication: Edited versions began airing January 10 2007 at 9PM on A&E.[1]
- Albania: 2001 on Top Channel
- Arab World: on One TV and Al Rai
- Australia: began screening in 1999 on the free-to-air Nine Network. Broadcast schedule frequently changes. Avid fans usually prefer DVDs or internet downloads.[citation needed] Also reruns on the cable channel Arena. Broadcast is uncut.(See also: Six Feet Under - similar broadcast schedule)
- Austria: July 3, 2002 on ORF (Seasons 1-3, 3rd season twice)

- Bosnia and Herzegovina: on Mreza Plus
- Canada: September 17, 2000 on The Movie Network/Movie Central and CTV. Both The Movie Network and Movie Central air the program uncut, while CTV airs the show cut but unedited (to made suitable for network TV) with commercials. June 5, 2006 Telelatino began airing the show nightly starting from the first season.
